“...everyone deserves to feel empowered and emotionally balanced.”
Meet Sasha
Founder and Lead Psychotherapist
Licensed Clinical Social Worker - She/Her
I approach therapy with a holistic and compassionate framework, believing that everyone deserves to feel empowered and emotionally balanced. Over the years, I've had the privilege of supporting adolescents, young adults, families, and couples through their journeys of personal growth and life transitions.
As a mental health professional, I'm passionate about helping clients develop resilience, navigate social pressures, and build healthy coping mechanisms. I create a safe, judgment-free space where individuals can be themselves and feel truly heard. I believe that each person is the expert of their own experience, and my role is to guide and support them.
I understand the challenges that teens and young adults face today. Whether experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, identity questions, or relationship struggles, I'm here to help. I recognize the unique stressors in teens and young adults’ lives, from academic pressure to social media influence and family dynamics.
Together with my clients, I develop personalized strategies that work for their individual needs. This might include exploring mindfulness techniques or improving communication skills. My goal is to help people build a strong foundation for long-term emotional well-being and personal success. I aim to empower individuals to thrive in all aspects of their lives.
I'm always excited to meet new clients and start this journey together. My focus is on working towards creating the life each person envisions for themselves.

Meet Elizabeth
Therapist
Licensed Creative Arts Therapist - She/Her
With nearly seven years of experience as a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, I specialize in providing art therapy and evidence-based practices like DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). My areas of expertise include supporting individuals struggling with self-esteem, addiction and recovery, anger management, stress, trauma, bereavement, and developing social and independent life skills. I have extensive experience working with clients of all ages, including those on the autism spectrum, and I am comfortable working with both verbal and nonverbal individuals.
My Approach
I am passionate about using creative exploration to help resolve both short- and long-term life challenges. My practice is rooted in humanistic and Gestalt therapy principles, focusing on personal growth, self-actualization, and present-moment awareness. I believe that by tapping into your potential and focusing on the present, you can achieve your goals and improve your overall well-being.
Working alongside other creative arts professionals, such as music, drama, and dance therapists, I have seen firsthand how various forms of creative expression can be powerful tools for healing. Whether you are coping with life stressors, navigating social barriers, or seeking support with self-esteem and communication skills, I offer a welcoming space to explore these challenges creatively, both verbally and non-verbally.
How I Can Help
As a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist in New York State, I provide both in-person and virtual sessions for clients within the state and the five boroughs. While art therapy is often most effective in person, I have successfully adapted my work to virtual settings, creating meaningful therapeutic experiences from a distance. I work with clients ages 5 and up.
If my expertise aligns with your needs, I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. Together, we can explore whether working with me feels like the right fit for you on your journey toward growth and healing.
